Teach for Romania – Leadership Summer Academy, Identity & Event

A new Bright project dedicated to the Romanian education: this time we worked with Teach for Romania for designing the identity and event materials for their flagship teachers’ training program, the Leadership Summer Academy.

We designed a joyful, inspiring logo and created the visuals around the metaphor of transformation – the butterfly – to illustrate how regular people go through the complex, challenging process of becoming teachers by acquiring essential soft skills and teaching skills.
